Booking Sessions & Scheduling
Requirements
To confirm your session, you agree to:
  • Submit proof of payment
  • Provide accurate details via the booking form
  • Share relevant context to support your session
Failure to provide complete information may affect the quality or scheduling of your session.
Scheduling & Considerations
All services involve intuitive and energy-based work.

Although rare, sessions may be rescheduled to ensure the practitioner is in the best condition to provide quality guidance.
  • We ask for your patience and understanding in case of minor delays
  • You will be notified promptly of any changes
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the following case:

If the practitioner is unable to proceed with your scheduled session and requests a reschedule or cancellation — a refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of Mind
Change of mind after purchase
Subjective Dissatisfaction
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
No-Show
Failure to attend or respond within agreed timelines
RESCHEDULING may be accommodated at the discretion of the practitioner, depending on availability.
We kindly ask that any requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late requests or missed sessions may be considered forfeited.
Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to:
  • Decline or terminate a session if communication becomes inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe
  • Refuse service if expectations fall outside the scope of what is offered
